PROCEDURES FOR REVIEW OF ARTWORK: ARTIST SUBMISSION POLICY

Willow Gallery welcomes inquiries by artists for possible representation. We represent original work by award-winning, established artists. We are interested in artists who are steady performers, capable of meeting deadlines with high-quality work and who seek to improve. Our focus is traditional or painterly realism. We do not sell prints.

You may submit your materials through the mail or electronically (e-mail willow@willowgalleryusa.com).
We regret we cannot review portfolios on a "walk-in" basis.

All submissions MUST include this comprehensive information:

Cover letter, telling us why you have contacted Willow Gallery and explain how your work would be an appropriate addition to our gallery.
Resume including: education, exhibition history, grants/awards, list of important collections (public, private, corporate).
Gallery representation with particulars.
Artist statement (no more than one page).
At least 10 examples of your work. These can be submitted as photographs, digital images on CD or DVD, or a website address. Include title, medium, dimensions, edition number (for sculptures) and prices.

If you wish to have your material returned, please include a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE.

Please allow us 60-90 days to properly review your application.
